Welcome to Blades-heaven.com!
Our goal is not to become another Bytemonsoon or Suprnova (not dissing either of them though). The goal is to provide the absolutely latest stuff. Therefore, currently all users have permission to upload torrents. If you have access to 0-day stuff do not hesitate to contact us!

This is a private tracker, and you have to register before you can get full access to the site. Before you do anything here at Blades-heaven we suggest you read the rules! There are only a few rules to abide by, but we do enforce them!

Before you go any further you should read the Blades-heaven user agreement.

General - Top

Main

  • Do do not defy the owners expressed wishes!
  • If you have no intention of downloading a torrent,there is no need to comment on it,especially flaming.One persons bad quality is anothers satifactory.
  • If you have been warned by a MOD it is very unlikely that an admin or sys-op will overrule the decision.If you feel you have been harshly treated,contact the mod that warned you first.
  • Only 1 account per IP,dupe accs will be disabled and the worst account kept and warned. If you require a 2nd acc PM a member of staff first.
  • Use your invites wisely,any account abused by a member,then the invitee may be held responsible aswell. Cheating you ratio is totally unacceptable,our anti-cheat script will pick you up,and you will be summarily banned without warning!



    • Torrent Comments

  • If you are spotted spamming the torrent comments section or being abusive in any manner then you will be liable to have the rights to post comments disabled. Depending on the severity your account may even be disabled. Spamming includes the shoutbox and irc rooms!



    • Signup Email Accounts

    At the moment free email accounts have been reinstated but we reserve the right to remove them again in the future from signup.


    Account Use

    All user accounts must be used at least once a month.Failing to do so will mean the tracker deletes your account with 7 days warning before it deletes the account. If after these 7 days there is still no download made on the account the tracker will delete it. USE IT OR LOSE IT-Download at least 1 torrent a month


    Confidentiality Agreement

    CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: You acknowledge and agree that the blades-heaven.com web site includes but is not limited to text, torrents, graphics, e-mails, or other material or content and any product, service, information, content, software, message, advertisement or any other work found at, aggregated at, contained on, distributed through, linked to or from, downloaded to or from or in any other manner accessed, and is confidential to blades-heaven.com and protected by proprietary rights and laws and that disclosure, including but not limited to copying, reproduction, and/or retransmission or other unauthorized use, or providing access to this website or its content to anyone who does not accept this User Agreement is strictly prohibited, and specifically, but not in limitation of the foregoing, you agree not to make disclosure of such confidential intellectual property and proprietary trade secret information on and comprising this website or portion(s) thereof to any third party who has not previously agreed to and is contractually bound to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, and stipulate that such disclosure shall constitute contributory and vicarious infringement of our copyright and other rights hereunder. Furthermore, but not in limitation of the foregoing, you stipulate and agree that the digital modifications, enhancements, and/or restorations of torrents shown on this website which visually distinguish such torrents from the original from which they were derived and/or from other originals or copies thereof are trade secrets of such detail and type that human memory cannot retain or duplicate, and that such modifications, enhancements, and/or restorations are not apparent from inspection of only the modified torrents, so that the human web viewing of such torrents as authorized herein does not make possible disclosure of such trade secret information, and such disclosure requires copying by mechanical, electrical, or digital means or the like which is only authorized by specific permission. Additionally, any information concerning this website or its affiliates or the contributors to this website or their conclusions, views, and/or opinions which is not published on this website is also understood to be proprietary trade secret information and you agree not to disclose any such information which may come into your possession which is not published on this website and to also treat such information as confidential. In particular, you agree not to disclose or publish any information regarding the identity, personally identifiable information, the collections, or the opinions on issues of controversy of anonymous or pseudonymous authors or donors, nor, without our permission, attempt to identify, locate, or contact them in any way, whether in person, by telephone, or otherwise, nor to violate their rights including but not limited to their rights of privacy and publicity. When communicating with us, you shall not provide us with any materials, writing, torrent, information, content, attachment, or data that is confidential to you or any third party, and any notice, legend, or label to the contrary shall be without effect, and we shall be free to use anything that we receive from you in any manner that we deem appropriate. This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") is made and effective On the users signup date by the user and between blades-heaven.com.

    1. Confidential Information. blades-heaven.com proposes to disclose certain confidential and proprietary information ("user IP address's, Release data, Torrent Name, Dates/Times, Emails, User Names,Or any other information gained Via access to blades-heaven.com") to the Recipient. Confidential Information shall include all IP data on a torrents peer list, to the Recipient by blades-heaven.com's Tracker Peer List. Confidential Information disclosed and identified as such is for the Recipients own personal use on blades-heaven.com only.

    2. Recipient's Obligations. A. Recipient agrees that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to blades-heaven.com and the Recipient shall hold the same in confidence, shall not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of its business with blades-heaven.com. Recipient will not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from blades-heaven.com to any other party whatsoever except with the specific prior written authorization of blades-heaven.com. B. Confidential Information furnished in tangible form shall not be duplicated by the Recipient except for purposes of this Agreement. Upon the request of blades-heaven.com, Recipient shall return all Confidential Information received in written or tangible form, including copies, or reproductions or other media containing such Confidential Information, within ten (10) days of such a request. At Recipient's option, any documents or other media developed by the Recipient containing Confidential Information may be destroyed by Recipient. Recipient shall provide a written certificate to blades-heaven.com regarding destruction within ten (10) days thereafter.

    3. Term. The obligations of Recipient herein shall be effective from the Recipients join up date or use of a .torrent all information is given. Any Confidential Information to Recipient pursuant to this Agreement. Further, the obligation not to disclose shall not be affected by bankruptcy, receivership, assignment, attachment or seizure procedures, whether initiated by or against Recipient, nor by the rejection of any agreement between blades-heaven.com and Recipient, by a trustee of Recipient in bankruptcy, or by the Recipient as a debtor-in-possession or the equivalent of any of the foregoing under local law.

    4. Governing Law and Equitable Relief. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of blades-heaven.com choice and the laws in the country or orgin of the Recipient and the Recipient consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any court as set by blades-heaven.com for any dispute arising out of this Agreement. Recipient agrees that in the event of any breach or threatened breach by Recipient, blades-heaven.com may obtain, in addition to any other legal remedies which may be available, such equitable relief as may be necessary to protect blades-heaven.com or it's users against any such breach or threatened breach.

    5. Final Agreement. This Agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be modified only by a further writing that is duly executed by both parties.

    6. No Assignment. Recipient may not assign this Agreement or any interest herein without blades-heaven.com's express prior written consent.

    7. Severability. If any term of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then this Agreement, including all of the remaining terms, will remain in full force and effect as if such invalid or unenforceable term had never been included.

    8. Notices. Any notice required by this Agreement or given in connection with it, shall be in writing by on site PM's.

    9. No Implied Waiver. Either party's failure to insist in any one or more instances upon strict performance by the other party of any of the terms of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any continuing or subsequent failure to perform or delay in performance of any term hereof.

    10. Headings. Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first joining and accepting the agreement to enter the signup page or by the fact of running any blades-heaven.com .torrent file which has been uploaded to a 3rd party site without blades-heaven.com's consent with due warning to the Recipient of the above Agreement being in effect if used.

     
    Downloading - Top

    General

  • Every torrent snatched should be seeded back 1:1,or 48 hours
  • Hit and running (HNR) torrents will not be tolerated,warnings will be issued for this automaticaly by the H&R script.To have the warning removed,reseed the torrent and when seeded 1:1 or 48 hours as possible while there are active users downloading the warning is automaticaly removed.
  • Accounts with multiple hit and runs will have their download privelage removed.Again to resolve this reseed those torrents with a H&R warning.
  • An account with a low ratio would on other sites have there downloads removed or massive wait times imposed.Here you will not as long as you seed what you download to your highest possable ratio as close to 1:1 or 48 hours as is possable at all times.
  • You must have the legal rights to the files you download.

    If you have hit and runs in your profile,you are subject to wait times: 1 hit and run 2hr wait times 2 hit and runs 4hr wait times 3 hit and runs 6 hr wait times,and demotion from power user 4 hit and runs 8hr wait times 5 hit and runs 10hr wait times

    H&R PM Request?

    What does it mean ?
  • Stop Torrent (Ratio Less Then 1:1)
    • Upto 1 hour after stopping the torrent you will get a PM asking you to reseed.
  • THIS IS NOT A WARNING !!!!!



    • What to do now you had a PM Request ?

  • In the PM there will be some information as to your upload/download and how many downloaders still active on the torrent.
  • You need to decide if your going to reseed or if there is any need to reseed the torrent in question.
  • If there are no active downloaders you DONT NEED TO RESEED IT
  • If there are active downloaders or if you know/think there will be in the next 3 hours then you will need to reseed the torrent if you do not wish to get a warning



    • You re-seed the torrent (1:1 ratio reached)

  • If you re-seed the torrent as requested and to a 1:1 ratio no warning will be given



    • You re-seed the torrent (1:1 ratio NOT reached)

  • If you re-seed as requested but then find that there are no active leechers left to seed it to then your able to stop seeding it.
  • As long as you seeded until there are no active downloaders no matter what the ratio NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN



    • You FAIL to re-seed when requested

  • If you fail to reseed the torrent when asked and there are active leechers you are what is called a Hit and Runner
  • One H&R warning will be put onto your account
  • To remove this warning it's a simple matter of reseeding the torrent even after the warning is given IT WILL THEN BE REMOVED



    • You H&R more then once ?

  • If you H&R more then 2 times you will lose you download priviledge
  • If you have your downloads are removed this way you will need to
  • reseed any torrents that have a H&R warning.
  • Wait a maxium of 14 days until tracker removes 2 warnings from your account
  • Donate to remove the warning(s) and have a period of time where the script will let you H&R

    • You will only be able to ask staff to remove the warnings in exceptional circumstances otherwise it the tracker will be left to remove them.
    We can and will not be held responsible for any problems with your system as this is not a valid reason......" !! It's your system you own and your issue to sort NOT THAT OF STAFF !!!
    Repeated requests of this nature will ensure your account is banned for a longer time.

  • No trashing of other's topics (i.e. SPAM).
  • No language other than English in the forums (unless defined as other language post/room)

    Guidelines

  • The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png. Be considerate.
  • Resize your images to a width of 150 pixels x150 pixels and a size of no more than 150 KB. Signatures are not allowed any bigger than 350 pixels x125 pixels.(Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.)
  • For now this is just a guideline but it maybe automatically enforced in the near future.
  • Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal/human cruelty or ideologically charged images. MODs have discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
    • DO NOT ADVERTISE/SPAM within signatures!

     
    Uploading - Top

    General

  • You must have the legal rights to the file you are uploading and to share it.
  • It is essential to be responsible with your bandwidth. If you have an average upload speed of 256kb/s(30kB/s),you are best to only upload one file at a time,regardless of size,until it has at least a couple of seeders.
  • It is not a requirement to upload files here,but if you do,we ask you not to use your bandwidth elsewhere when uploading a torrent,this is to ensure your full upload speed can be committed to the torrent you have uploaded.
  • Bear in mind that a large file,such as a dvd/r can take up to 48hrs to seed propperly,this is a big commitment,and you must be willing to accept this if you upload.
  • Any torrent without a seed and on the tracker longer than 7 days will be deleted by staff,3 unseeded torrents and your right to upload will be removed.
  • Any torrents found by staff with ridiculous upload speed will also be deleted,and again,your right to upload removed.
  • All uploads must include a detailed description. Please refer to topic: Poor descriptions No nasty files! All files must be in a legitimate format so they are functional.
  • Pre-release stuff should be labeled with an *ALPHA* or *BETA* tag.
  • Make sure not to include any serial numbers, CD keys or similar in the description (you do not need to edit the NFO!).
  • Make sure your torrents are well-seeded in the first week of uploading.If you need to turn your pc OFF at please do so as we can not stop you from doin this
  • Do not include the release date in the torrent name.
  • Make sure you torrent goes in the right group,if you dont know what a scene release is,then it goes in the user section

    Staff Rules - Top

    Forum Posting

    Staff are to be as active throughout the site as much as possible and to create and answer posts in the forums. The one thing you SHOULD NEVER do is mention your position, it may change or you may resign etc and it looks bad. It also opens you up to abuse and can look quite SAD!


    IRC and Shoutbox

    Staff to idle in #help and generally assist anyone that needs help. It is also all staff's responsibility to keep the Shoutbox clean and active. Chat in IRC and again be firm but friendly. Remove announcements in shoutbox.


    Site Maintenance

    Again ALL staff are to monitor files and edit when required. Any user/uploader to politely reminded if links/spam is accidently uploaded and if repeated formerly warned. Forums to be cleaned out/locked/archived when they become dead. <
